人類在急速發展的同時，慢慢忘卻自己存在的責任。在近年不斷出現種種的怪病，包括我們賴以為生的其中一些“食物”：牛。又到新一年的牛年，是否想一想這種種的疾病會否予以我們的一個重大的警告？在一個不安穩的生活環境以及不固定的食物供給社會，我們應該可以做些甚麼？
At the same time of rapid development of mankind, slowly forgetting their own responsibility of existence. In recent years, there are all sorts of weird disease, including our livelihood some “food”: Cattle. Stepping into the new year of the Year of the Ox, whether or not to think about these diseases will be one of our important warning? In an unsafe and unsecured living environment as well as irregular supply of food society, what we should be able to do?
